Project One / Your machine, planned properly
Your workload.
Your desk.
Your ITX.
Start with a budget, a parts list, or simply the kind of machine you want. We will turn it into a clear compatibility and build proposal.
Before you ask
Custom hardware, clarified.
Can you use parts I already own?
Yes, after checking the exact models, dimensions, condition and compatibility. Do not post hardware until packing, insurance, data backup and shipping instructions are agreed.
Is the website price the final system price?
No. Launch prices are configuration guides. Component availability, exact CPU/GPU tier, destination freight, taxes and any custom fabrication change the written quote. You approve the complete scope before procurement.
Are PSU cables interchangeable?
No. Modular PSU-side pinouts can differ between models and revisions. A cable order requires the exact PSU details and must never be mixed with leads from another supply.
Will an ITX system be silent?
No honest builder can guarantee silence for every compact high-power configuration. The proposal can prioritise lower noise through component choice, airflow and fan tuning, with expectations tied to the final tested machine.
Can I return a custom build or made-to-fit part?
Fully personalised work is normally excluded from change-of-mind returns because it cannot be resold. Damage, workmanship faults, incorrect fit against approved models, and mandatory consumer rights are handled under the returns and repair policy.
